Open and beachy 5 bedroom home on the south end, ideal for your family! Appreciate a morning coffee or evening meal on the cavernous porch. Quick walk to the public beach access, or public sound access.

On the ground floor you have a living room and a full size refrigerator! Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom on this floor for these bedrooms and the living area. Great space to spread out, play games, and watch a movie!

Upstairs you have the main living space and the remaining bedrooms. The living room has plenty of seating for the family, a huge flat screen TV and is open to the dining area with a huge table for family meals or getting together after a day in the sun. There are multiple doors to the enormous front porch, and plenty of seating outside as well! The kitchen is entirely supplied with all your needs to make a meal together and appreciate a dinner in. On this floor there are two guest bedrooms, one with a twin bed and a trundle and one with a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full size bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a sizable private master bathroom.

Sand Castle is the amazing home you and your group are looking for. On a peaceful street it is ideal for families with kids, or those looking for a calming hideaway. Parking is limited to 3 mid-size SUVS and 1 sedan, and the garage is great to store any beach gear or bicycles you bring!

  • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • To make sure no damages are attributed to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas upon check in. Speak to the rental manager right away to report any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
