Savor this beautiful third floor condo with spectacular golf course and creek vistas located in the River Creek neighborhood of Sea Trail. This huge two bedroom villa is over 1250 sq. ft. and features two queen beds and two double beds, each bedroom has a flat screen TV and roomy bathroom attached. Free Access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and YouTube TV. And no additional admin or linens costs (as travelers, we dislike those too!)

Sea Trail Resort:

Sea Trail is a cavernous community that encompasses Three Championship Golf Courses which makes for an open and delightfully manicured, park-like setting everywhere you turn. Sea Trail is also located near shopping and eateries, the ICW and just about 1.5 mi from Sunset Beach. And a additional COMPLIMENTARY private parking lot near the Sunset pier is also supplied for resort members and rental guests!

Community Pools:

Maples Pool - just .25 mi from the villa (5 min walk), the sizable outdoor Maples Pool has a hot tub, corn hole, plenty of seating with lounge chairs, shaded areas, and bathrooms. Free with Vacation Rental By Owner rental.

Pink Palace Pool and Exercise Complex - located about .50 mi from the villa (2 min ride), this outdoor pool is also home to tons of activities. The exercise center has exercise classes, is very well equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines and weights. You'll also find, a bocce ball court, corn hole, horse shoe pits, and outdoor gas grilles available. Free with Vacation Rental By Owner rental.

Village Activity Center - just across the street and about 150 yards away, there are plenty of things to keep you busy at the VAC, including an Outdoor pool, hot tub and a heated Indoor pool for year-round swimming! You'll also find a game room with pool table and ping pong, and is home to Houses Place, a full service restaurant and pool side Tiki Bar! ~Restaurant / Tiki Bar complimentary access. Nominal fee for pools/game room.
