Summary:
Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom beach condo located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Located above a new restaurant, this property is just steps from the beach (one block) and main entrance to the boardwalk (1/2 block). There are tons of eateries, nightlife, family activities that you are able to walk to. Likely the most convenient location on the island for those who want to be close to the action, but want a fresh, well designed and beautiful place to stay.

The Space:
There is one parking space for guests marked 202. There is paid parking for any additional cars.

Guest Access:
Please use the entrance to the right of the parking lot.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Get the most from your rental budget:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
• Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

You will need to work out what configuration is optimal for your vacation family.
