Private West End oceanfront home in gated community. Ocean and Inland waterway vistas. Interior completely refreshed in 2024 with many upgrades and new furnishings. New kitchen and kitchen appliances, new bathrooms, new floor and paint throughout. Four huge bedrooms each with full private bath and expanded cable TVs. 37" HDTV in loft bedroom. Great room includes living and dining areas, completely equipped kitchen w/breakfast counter and 72" HDTV and WIFI. Washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in each room. Sizable, full width sun deck with lounge chairs and cushions, rockers and dining tables with chairs. Extensive 35' x 15' unheated swimming pool with lounge chairs, cushions, rockers, tables and chairs. Boardwalk directly to shoreline. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, park style charcoal grille and ample space under home and outside paved parking.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) are included for Weekly Units only. No Towels supplied but can be rented.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Big Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
