It features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, waterway pier, and a private pool with elegant vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway. It's just mins. away from award winning golf courses and is a five min. drive to the beach. This impressive home has everything you want for your ideal vacation!  Each reservation includes four parking passes for island parking at our Sunset Beach office. 

Not only is this the ideal vacation rental for families, it is also available as an event venue for weddings, get-togethers and other special occasions!  Please contact us for more information about events before reserving. Additional costs and contracts are required to host events at Shoreline Bluff. 

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be included at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to reserve a Sunset Beach rental home:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is high season in the Cape Fear area area. To find the best value, try changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available on booking pages. If not, contact the property management company before you book the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to establish what is right for your vacation family.
• If your family is bringing pets, you will need a property that allows animals. Ask for details on breed, size, and type requirements. Some hosts charge additional pet fees.
• Are you looking for special amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters.
• Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Know before you go:

• Add the property manager's contact info to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.

• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
