Welcome to your tropical heaven! "Happy Hour at Oak Island, NC" is your happy place - after one vacation here, you will want to make it a tradition every year!

This home sits on a huge 1/4 acre corner lot with live Oaks and Pine trees and on a direct beach access street (that means you and the kiddos will never have to dodge traffic to go to the beach!). Our gorgeous beach home is the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and soak up the sun. 'Happy Hour' is located in a prime location, just steps away from the pristine sand and crystal-clear waters of the beach. 'Happy Hour' is your private getaway for a casual and casual ambiance and is designed to be a hideaway destination for keeping everybody who needs a vacation in mind!

We adore our fur babies and welcome them in "Happy Hour".

Over 1800 sq.ft. spread over two floors, the home features roomy and airy rooms, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The living room and kitchen are open plan, ideal for entertaining and calming with friends and family. Guests in your group will have plenty of room to spread out and settle in. The best part is the Coffee / Tea Corner to kick-start your mornings for family time!

Living Room
The living room is equipped with a Home Theatre setup with a enormous 65" TV with Roku. Savor a movie nighttime right here.
When you're not exploring the local area, relax in the living room with a book or watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. With Wi-Fi and Roku TV, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay.
The living room has a queen couch-bed for additional sleeping space.
There are board games for you to enjoy down here as well.
The interior décor offers a calming and calming feel, so you will be right at home here.

Kitchen
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample silverware, kitchenware and bakeware to indulge the inner chef in you! We have a Keurig and a regular coffee-maker in the kitchen. There is also a toaster, blender and a Crockpot. The Kitchen is outfitted with 20-Jar Countertop spice rack, salt, sugar, coffee.

Dining Table
The dining and kitchen area has been completely refreshed and gives a rustic, farmhouse vibe.
The dining table seats six comfortably, with additional seating for two in the bespoke constructed island.

Bedrooms
The primary bed/bath is downstairs and has bespoke constructed farmhouse furnishings and a barn door to the bath.
This has a king bed with a firm bed and firm and soft pillows. The primary bath attached to the bedroom has His and Her sinks and a walk-in closet.
The master bedroom has an attached coffee deck to have your morning coffee while watching Oak Island come to life!

2nd Bedroom:
The stairs going up leads to a common area with an Air Hockey table and futon for sitting/sleeping. There is a big bedroom to the left of the stairs with a King bed and a very comfortable chaise. This bedroom also has a Intelligent TV.

3rd Bedroom
The other side of upstairs has the bedroom designed for the younger ones. It has a twin over full bunk-bed and a queen bed. This bedroom also has a Intelligent TV.

All bedrooms have their own closet with hangars and bags rack.
All the bedrooms have dedicated Intelligent TVs with Roku. Bring your own login/passwords and use Netflix/Prime/Hulu/Disney+/etc. Appreciate watching your favorite shows/movies even here!

Bathrooms:
The primary bath attached to the bedroom has His and Her sinks and a walk-in closet.
The highlight of this bath is the giant shower area with a rain fall shower head. The bespoke-tiled shower also has a second shower with a pull out hand shower.
Fair warning: you may end up spending a lot of time in here so watch the clock!

2nd Full Bathroom - This is upstairs in between both the bedrooms.

Gourmet Coffee Bar:
Totally supplied Coffee Lover's Coffee Bar - Features a Keurig, French Press, Drip Coffee Maker, Milk Frother and Bean Grinder.
Dark Roast, Medium Roast and Breakfast Blend/Light Roast K-Cups included.
For the regular coffee lovers we stock Medium Roast Starbucks Colombian Beans and Colombian Supremo Bean - Dark Roast ground coffee.
We also have Tea-Bags for the Tea lovers.
To-Go cups and sweeteners round up the bar for your convenience.

Laundry:
Attached to the kitchen is the laundry area and the half bath. The laundry area has starter pack for our guests. Iron is in the primary closet.

Patio Railing:
Do not climb on, or lean over patio railings, serious injury could result. We also provide a clothesline in the patio for you to air dry your clothes.

Outdoor Space
Treat yourself with fresh cappuccino from the Gourmet Coffee Bar and walk out to the deck with bistro seating and an outdoor shower.
Right below the deck is the swimming pool, with a picnic area with space for dining, bar seating and a Charcoal grille.
Unwind in the hammock or in the lounge chaise/swing.
This area is wooded, and checks all the boxes for a cookout out in the woods. Let your inner grille maestro out and enjoy the evenings in the fenced backyard with your kiddos running around as you grille out some of the best local seafood you've ever tasted!
As the sun goes down, you will be immersed in the sweet aroma of food on the grille and salty, warm ocean breezes. All hours spent here are only HAPPY HOURS!

For your convenience, we also provide beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, and beach towels.

Fire-Pit Area
After a day in the water, sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs and make memories while kiddos roast marshmallows in the fire pit area on the other side of the home. Firewood supplied by host.

Parking
The twin driveways lead you to the cavernous front deck with the entrance which leads you to the living room.

(Unless host is notified and has allowed during or prior to booking) - No personal family pets allowed. If you are found to bring in a pet, there will be a fine of $500.

Guest access
The whole home is yours during your stay. Your keyless entry code works on both the front and deck side door. NO shared yards, patios, or other areas! Guest will have access to the entire property.

Bath Towels, Linens, Buggy, Beach Chairs, Beach Towel, Beach Toys - included by host.
Firewood - supplied by host.

For security, there is outside surveillance of the property.

You can park four cars in our driveway, and more cars can park on the street right outside the home (check with host for street parking regulations).

This is a strict No Smoking or Vaping indoors and No Pet home (unless host is notified that guest is bringing a pet).

Other things to note
- Checkin is after 4pm and Checkout is before 10am. For a modest upcharge, we offer early checkins/late checkouts only if we are not booked that day. Please inquire!
- You have to be 25+ to book. You have to be physically present during the stay.
- We have four Intelligent TVs and we encourage our guests to bring their own credentials to use during their stay. With Roku guest mode, you do not have to worry about logging out.
- Pool is heated when the temperatures are above 45 degrees, and there is a $30 surcharge to cover cost of electricity during Spring/Fall. We are typically able to heat the pool all the way till New Years, and then start back again in February.
- No Smoking indoors.
-There are exterior security cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!
-$35 per pet per nighttime.
