1721 Mackerel Lane side A. Carolina / Kure Beach NC 28428. Constructed in 2016. Well maintained and CLEAN. Three bedrooms each with a private bath. Close to public beach access.
0.3 mile /5 blocks to the ocean and the Alabama Ave public access has a bathroom and shower home with paid parking lot.

Lower level suite has bedroom with queen bed and twin sleeper chair. Full bath with tub/shower. Intelligent TVs in all rooms with internet, netflix. Main floor has enormous living room couch and a appreciate seat. No sleeper couch. Kitchen, half bath and laundry room with new HE washer and Dryer on main floor. Upstairs has a "kids room" 2 double beds 3 single beds. (beds pull out from under double beds) "kids" room sleeps 6 and also has a full bath with tub/shower. Main suite- king bed, private balcony, bathroom has a huge whirlpool tub and glass shower. Flat screen intelligent TVs in all rooms /wifi. 5 blocks to beach. Public access on Alabama has metered parking, showers and bathrooms. Close to NC aquarium, CB boardwalk, Kure beach pier, fort fisher, and ferry to Southport/Bald Head Island.

When to reserve a Cape Fear area rental & When to go:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the most suitable rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
