The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable. This home also has an EV charger installed so you can charge during your stay.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (8) for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
