Ocean view covered porch with furnishings. Community amenities include a private beach access across street with gazebo, seasonal pool and hot tub, bicycle racks, cold outdoor shower, and a grilling area with a picnic table and park grilles. Open concept living area. Dining area seats six with two additional seats at bar. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and granite countertops. Ceiling fans throughout. Master suite has walk-in closet and a private bath with stand-alone tile shower and hottub tub.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Bay Beach.
