Welcome to "The Regency!" You will be living the "sweet life" on this modern, impeccably constructed and designed houseboat that offers all the amenities of home, including two living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, two beds, two baths, designer furnishings, and a deck to savor the sunsets on the Cape Fear River. Close to everything! Appreciate an onsite restaurant and entertainment pier, where concerts and festivals are held. Stroll the Riverwalk for spectacular vistas, shopping, eateries, and entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire houseboat. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but you'll have access to the rest of the home.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
