Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.

*Please note this condo is on the 2nd floor, you have to walk stairs to access the unit (there is no elevator)*

For this home we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is near the beach.   • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
