Original owner, like new home. 4 bedroom, 2 bath open concept home ready for you! Sleeps 9. During peak Summer season we are a Friday to Friday rental (June 5th to September 4th) You don't have to deal with any Island switchover traffic and you get a whole weekend to appreciate Island festivals. We are 125 steps from our driveway to the Beach. Two completely shaded concrete driveway parking. Huge outdoor shower! All new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. WIFI and TVs in all rooms with Yahoo TV, Netflix, Vudu, Amazon Prime and More! Bamboo floors. Carpeted bedrooms. Tiled baths. Screened back porch. Short walk to Fishing Pier.

About the Area

Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island, is home to this vacation home. Oak Island Golf Club and The Reserve Golf Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park. Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.

  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
