Holden Beach is a hidden gem and in addition to beach adventures, you can walk to the close by ice cream shop, eateries and the local candy store. Create memories that you will have for a lifetime! 4 BRs including 3 BRs with comfortable king beds and 1 BR with a huge bunk bed.

Get away from it all and relax in this heaven located in between the beach strand and the Intracoastal Waterway. You can see the ocean while you swing on the covered deck and savor the ocean breeze. Or have your coffee on the screened in deck and take in the coastal sights. There are ample decks and outdoor seating areas at this delightful island home. You also have access to the Winding River Oceanfront clubhouse and community pool, located closely at 162 Ocean Blvd East. Not only is there an oceanfront swimming pool to appreciate, but there are bathrooms with shower facilities, a gathering room with a microwave and a private beach access. Also, included in your stay is use of the Winding River Oceanside Marina. There are 4 day dock slips (first come, first serve) connected to the clubhouse via a short walk on the community boardwalk. Savor all this island community has to offer!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
