Spend the day exploring Wilmington Riverwalk, historical homes, gardens and museums downtown, or get acquainted with history at the Battleship North Carolina, around three miles away. If a beach day is in store, Wrightsville Beach is under nine miles away and Carolina Beach is around 15 miles away.

At the home itself, you’ll find an updated, light-filled space. The open, modern kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, making it simple to spend time together. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
