Feel the island appeal of Sunset Beach in this freshly refreshed beach bungalow --JUST ADD WATER. This 2nd row home was completely updated in 2013 with all modern amenities, but it still retains its bungalow feel.

Inside you will find a bright, cheery and comfortable ambiance - ideal for unwinding at the beach! The whole home was modernized including a new kitchen. It is conveniently located across from a handicap beach access.

After a day of sun and fun, wash off your sandy feet in the cavernous outdoor shower---with hot & cold running water. Appreciate a family dinner or a cold drink while watching the sunset from One of our 3 OUTDOOR spaces: Ocean-facing screened-in porch (with rocking chairs and chaise lounges), OR huge outdoor back deck OR upstairs Widow's walk.

This home is dog friendly - so bring your best friend! Pet gates have been installed at each deck entrance.

Please note our home amenities include WiFi; Cable TV; DVDs and Stereo with CD Player. Also supplied for use during your stay are beach cart, beach chairs and a cooler.

  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
