This 3-story, 6-bedroom, 5.5 bath property includes a very unique third-floor bedroom (accessible by a spiral staircase) and two separate living rooms all boasting gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal, and Marshes providing countless sunrises and sunsets. The home features an open inverted floor plan with cavernous living areas and sweeping 270-degree vistas all accessible through an Elevator.

The ground floor includes an enclosed garage making storing your beach gear a breeze. The first floor includes four bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and ample closet and storage space. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king bed and the other bedroom contains four twin beds. The first floor also includes an additional den area, which is ideal for kids and includes a huge flat-screen TV, wet bar, drink refrigerator, and sink. The second floor has a roomy living area, dining area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and additional-enormous pantry.

On the second floor is also the true primary bedroom with a king bed and a striking additional-huge bathroom including a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The owners spared no expense and even the boardwalk to the beach was designed to simplify your life is constructed without any steps and directly into the first-floor porch. A gas grille is included for convenience as well as a high chair in the kitchen pantry. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers. Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 15.
