Villas at Oceanside is located in the serene coastal area between Sunset and Ocean Isle Beaches. These villas are the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure. Within close proximity to four award-winning golf courses, retail stores, eateries, exercise centers and beaches.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Substantial Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Enormous Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Giant Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Ocean Isle Beach is home to this vacation home. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sandpiper Bay Golf Course and Rees Jones Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.

When to book a Cape Fear area rental & When to go:

• To get the most suitable rental home within budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
