Totally outfitted waterway home with a private dock and private pool. All the amenities of home. Spectacular vistas and fenced in yard for the kids and approved family pets. Private pool in the backyard and just 5 mins. to the beach. Linens and towels supplied. Sit out on the back deck and appreciate watching dolphins swim in the waterway! Fish off the dock! Two living areas so the kids can play or watch their shows downstairs while the parents hang out in the upstairs living room! Toys, legos, books, coloring books with crayons and video games. Boat lift use can be added for an additional fee.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at River's Edge Golf Club and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. Sticking to a spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
