This waterway home located in the private subdivision of Pointe West gives you spectacular vistas of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway! Watch the deer and other wildlife roam the marsh. Ocean view from 3 of the bedrooms and office nook. Appreciate calming by your own private pool. Simple walk to the beach. Private beach access located at the end of the street (between 1049 & 1053 OBW). Elegant gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A second refrigerator/freezer is located on the ground floor, along with a commercial ice maker for simple access when relaxing by the pool, grilling out and filling coolers. Separate sitting area on first level equipped with TV. Fresh paint and décor in all common areas exudes a beachy vibe. All the amenities for a memory-making vacation!

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heater will not be turned on May-August. ***

When to go & When to reserve a Cape Fear area rental home:

  • To find the largest rental home within budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

During your stay:
