It is roomy enough for entertaining and has all the bells and whistles for your family dinners and entertainment. Downstairs we have an open living floor plan as well as 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 screen porches and cavernous front porch facing the Atlantic ocean. Upstairs is a private master king suite and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. There are also vistas of the golf course and lagoon from your upstairs suite.

When to book & When to go:

• Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance.
