Located in the lush, calming Maritime Forest, this inviting 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation home offers the ideal blend of modern coastal appeal and serene island living. Step inside to discover an open-concept living and dining space, ideal for family gatherings or comfortable evenings in. The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, supplied with everything you need for memorable meals.
On the main floor, the primary suite awaits with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a calming soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a second living area provides a great space for kids' entertainment, complete with a pull-out couch. Two additional bedrooms flank this space—one with a queen bed and bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the other with a queen bed and a daybed (sleeps 3)—each with its own detached bathroom and walk-in shower.
Outside, relax on the back screened porch with a cup of coffee or evening drink as you take in the calming natural surroundings and vistas of the close by golf course. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, the supplied golf carts make it painless to discover the island's beaches, nature trails, and more.

When to reserve a Cape Fear area rental home & When to go:

  • The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • To find the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to propel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
