On the main floor, the primary suite awaits with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a calming soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a second living area provides a great space for kids' entertainment, complete with a pull-out couch. Two additional bedrooms flank this space—one with a queen bed and bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the other with a queen bed and a daybed (sleeps 3)—each with its own detached bathroom and walk-in shower.
Outside, relax on the back screened porch with a cup of coffee or evening drink as you take in the calming natural surroundings and vistas of the close by golf course. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.

• Property management companies often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
