Come savor the serenity of our bungalow! It is tucked in the maritime forest with tons of privacy but convenient to all the islands amenities. Our community has a pool for your enjoyment and less than a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach! We have an open floor plan with the master and guest bedrooms downstairs and an additional private bedroom upstairs. The kitchen has been newly updated with new appliances. We have a great sunroom, screened in porch, and wrap around deck that is ideal for outdoor entertaining. We have 2- 4 passenger golf carts and a Lifestyle Temporary membership to the BHI club can be purchased separately. This home is pet friendly. Please note that we do charge a $300 plus tax pet fee that is non-returnable.

Bald Head Island is home to this vacation home. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. When to visit & When to book:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Book your Cape Fear area vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
