This three bedroom two bath ranch home is located in a peaceful neighborhood in the central part of town. The kitchen comes completely outfitted with everything you will need to make a home-cooked meal and you can appreciate this meal at the breakfast bar or in the dining room in our roomy open floor plan. Just off the kitchen is a screened in patio with additional outdoor seating, gas firepit and a 55" flatscreen for game day! This home is elegantly done and the finishes are top-notch!
Wrightsville Beach is only 3.5 miles away and about a 10 min. drive. Jungle Rapids is close by (walking distance) as well and a great place to take the kids for a day at the waterpark and arcade fun! Mayfaire shopping center closeby as well for movies/shopping/eateries. Location of this home is everything!
This home is also only a 15 min. drive to downtown Wilmington area.
