Condo amenities span from the ocean to the inter-coastal waterway and include three tennis courts, three swimming pools, one of the pools is beachfront with a private deck for guest with rocking chairs to view elegant sunrises & sunsets over the ocean. This is a great family beach with exceptional areas for walking, running & bicycling. Close location to great seafood on the island and just over the causeway. We are a retired couple that will respond quickly to your inquiries through e-mail or mobile phone. We own 2 condos in the same building (4A and 4D), and we live in one of these 2 condos for part of the year. In many cases, we will be available to greet you upon your arrival and we are always available to answer any questions you may have. This is a casual island (Ocean Isle Beach NC), outstanding for families and couples alike. Miniature golf, ice cream, surf stores & marshland boardwalks are found on the island as well as boat, bicycle & surfboard rental stores. Sunday beach service available. There are complimentary concerts on the island every Friday evening from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and just off the island you will find many golf courses, eateries & entertainment. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington NC are within a one-hour drive of this beach. Access to the island is by Causeway Bridge, but once on the island most things can be reached by walking or cycling. This is a fashionable destination in the summer, and the weather is spectacular in spring and fall when the hordes disappear and the island feels like your own private beach.
