Location, location, location! There are water vistas from each bedroom, including the living room. You have the lake on one side, and the ocean on the other giving you the best of both worlds. The public beach access is right across the street for appreciating the sun and sand. You are very close to local events on the lake and ''Veggie Wagon''. A short walk to eateries on the boardwalk and the inter-coastal.  The roomy porch accepts you to appreciate the sunrise with your morning drink or watch the sunset with your evening drink.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is in the city center and on a lake. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and water skiing adventures can be found near the property.

• Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to drive more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
