Sun-Rhea, a privately owned single family home, located 6 rows from the ocean on the West end of the island. Interior amenities include a washer, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, WIFI & central heat & air, 2 color cable TV , DVD & ceiling fans. 2 Refrigerators, 1 on ground level, Exterior amenities are an outside shower, covered porch, roof deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.

Sunset Beach is home to this vacation home. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
