This is a handsome oceanfront bungalow with a pool and a sizable living area that opens to a dining area and a kitchen! The kitchen is entirely equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, and all the appliances the group chef will need. There are wood floors throughout the bungalow, with ceiling fans in each room. There are also three cable TVs, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. For a calming time outside, there is a covered porch, a private pool, and an enclosed outside shower. Appreciate everything that Holden Beach has to offer by staying in this enchanting home.

Sticking to your budget:

  • Reserve your Cape Fear area rental home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.   • At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
