There are laminate and tile floors throughout, tasteful decor, and much more! There are also two his-and-her beach cruiser bicycles for your enjoyment to leisurely discover the island.

Appreciate high-speed optical fiber internet with WIFI, two flat panel high-definition Roku TVs, with a digital antenna available in the living room for local channels and a Sony PlayStation 3 in the master bedroom, a DVD/Blu-ray players, stereo for playing CD's/MP3's/AM/FM radio, board games, reading material, beach chairs, body boards and covered parking. Get the best rental home value:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Book your rental property in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your vacation home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to drive more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your review find their best rental home. Be fair with your review.
