The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes supplied. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be included due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

**Renovations in other building units are underway during the winter. Construction noise is allowed Monday through Friday 8am thru 5pm.**

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is on the beach. Wrightsville Beach Museum of History and Cameron Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington.   • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
