Oceans Twelve - Big Vistas of OIB!

Big and elegant multifamily vacation home with plenty of Intracoastal vistas, including a bird's eye view from the rooftop deck where you can see the ocean and handsome sunrises and sunsets! This home is great for a sizable family and friends trip with 7 bedrooms (3 kings, 2 queens, 8 twins) and 7 bathrooms. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and a private or semi-private bathroom.

You’ll be less than a 2-min. walk to the beach so load up your coolers with our commercial ice maker and appreciate a day in the sand! Want a break from the beach? Stay home and savor the tiki bar and private pool (which can be heated for an additional fee) or take one of our bicycles for a ride. Rainy day? No worries, enjoy the game room with darts and ping pong, pull out one of our many board games, or stream a movie on one of our 11 TVs. Need some me-time? Plenty of space to spread out!

Linens and towels are included for you and your guests. The kitchen is completely equipped with plenty of storage and 2 dishwashers for convenience and efficiency. The elevator provides painless unloading for groceries and suitcases. Have an electric car? We have a charging outlet! Just bring your charging cable.

Get the most from your budget:

• Summer is the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To get the largest rental for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
