The remodeled 2 bdr. lower unit is tucked away on a residential street near the south end of Carolina Beach. The minimalist, calming design is ideal for a modest family or couples hideaway. Parlor on the new deck under the cover of live oaks, grille out or walk 4 blocks to the beach where you are steps from the oceanfront Tiki Bar.
The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (full/twin), 1 bathroom with tub. Cable, Wifi, Washer/Dryer, completely supplied kitchen.

We appreciate our fury friends, but no family pets are allowed. A $200 cleaning will be assessed.

When to visit Carolina Beach & When to book:

  • To get the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
