Located just a 7 min. walk on the sand from the famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you are located for the ideal balance of being centrally located to all entertainment, while still having private access to appreciate more room on the sand for your friends & family.

Other things to note
Although we can host 8 guests and are happy to do so, we feel as though 5-6 guests is optimal for comfort.

Our condo is on the 2nd story without an elevator, therefore there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.

This complex has a total of 3 units; a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor unit, we are the middle unit -you may have the occasional noise, footsteps, etc. from the other guests similar to many other apartments/condos.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
