Other things to note
Although we can host 8 guests and are happy to do so, we feel as though 5-6 guests is optimal for comfort.

Our condo is on the 2nd story without an elevator, therefore there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.

This complex has a total of 3 units; a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor unit, we are the middle unit -you may have the occasional noise, footsteps, etc. from the other guests similar to many other apartments/condos.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

When to reserve a Cape Fear area rental & When to go:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Summertime is high season in Carolina Beach. To get the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
