We are Absolutely Shore that this will be your new favorite vacation spot! Spectacular BRAND NEW oceanfront vacation rental mansion! New for the 2024 season, this 9-bedroom impressive bespoke home offers all en-suite bathrooms, each with double vanities, and two half bathrooms (one in the game room on the first floor for convenience and the other in the upstairs hallway off of the kitchen and living room area(. Appreciate the gorgeous, uninterrupted ocean vistas from two levels of covered decks, and relax in the deck-level hot tub with striking ocean vistas and a private oceanfront pool. There is a sizable pool deck for calming in the sun, meals at one of the two picnic tables, or relaxing in the covered outside entertainment area. This space is special as you get ocean breezes while you watch TV or savor a cool drink from the ground-level refrigerator on the sectional couch or from a barstool! Only steps away from the shining Atlantic Ocean!

This home really does have it all: a game room complete with a Foosball table and air hockey, flat-screen intelligent TVs in every room, a 3-floor passenger elevator, gas grille, enclosed outdoor shower, a completely outfitted kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 ovens, a beverage refrigerator, and chic coastal décor. The inverted floor plan accepts for amazing vistas of the ocean and beach strand plus tons of natural light in the common spaces. The mural of the ocean on the living room wall blends seamlessly with the real vistas of the ocean right outside your window! You are surrounded by enchanting vistas! There is also wireless high-speed internet and cable streaming for all of your favorite shows and movies. There is a zero-entry shower in the upstairs Middle East bedroom and both bunk bedrooms have bathrooms with tub/shower combos. The rest of the bathrooms have pretty tile walk-in showers that will make you feel like you are in a spa! Come and appreciate all that Holden Beach has to offer!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more.   • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Holden Beach. To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
