*IF you leave the door to the balcony open the HVAC coil will freeze and it cannot cool the condo. If we have to send out a tech to repair the unit and the coils are indeed frozen YOU forit your security deposit and it will be used to cover the cost of the repair!*
*Dogs under 50lbs ONLY, $100 for one dog and $125 for two. Max two. Please leave the pet cleaning fee in cash at the time of checking out.

When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
