There is also a sleeper couch in the living room that turns into a full bed with memory foam bed. Both the bedroom and the living room are ocean facing so you can appreciate the peaceful ocean view and sound of the waves.

Located on the north end of Carolina Beach on the second floor of a three-level building with your very own private balcony/deck overlooking the ocean. Private homes are located on both sides of Seascape...so no enormous hotel's guests crowding onto your section of the beach! Clean and comfortably decorated. Great place for a hideaway!

There will be a completely equipped kitchen, tv in the living room, table and chairs on the oceanfront balcony, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a full bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. There is also an outdoor pool just a short walk across the street for Seascape guests.

One couch sleeper makes into a full size bed with NEW memory foam bed! Basic linens can be supplied.
The Carolina Beach Pier is one block north and hosts fishing, the new casual "Low Tide Tiki Bar", beach access, and access to the Freeman Park 4x4 Beach.

**BEACH ACCESS UPDATE*** – Following the last hurricane, the Sea Oats Road access in front of this condo building washed away and the town of Carolina Beach has not supplied a date for reconstruction as of this date. Currently there is a sand bridge in its place that can be used, however it is not guaranteed due to storms potentially washing it away. You can walk south one block (Sand Fiddler) or north one block to the Carolina Beach Pier in order to access the beach at any time.

• Summer is high season in the Cape Fear area area. To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
• Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
