Oceanfront with Elevator: Welcome to Sea Colony 31A! You can suntan in private, savor marvelous ocean vistas, and watch for the dolphins to swim by from the oceanfront deck. This condo has been modernized to feature granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, and an refreshed Primary Bedroom Suite. Two comfortable bedrooms each have their own bathroom. A phenomenal vacation spot near all the best Carolina Beach attractions!
Please note: the Sea Colony Pool is closed for the winter after October 1, 2024.

Long known as an economical Oceanfront Community, Sea Colony offers one of the most roomy and lush grounds you will find in any other Oceanfront complex and features a handsome oceanfront pool and private walkway to the beach. Sliding glass doors with a full front window wall create indoor-outdoor living space in the family room. You will adore spending time on the huge 9x15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the grand Atlantic Ocean. Savor the community gazebo, oceanfront pool, and incredible landscaping with broad green lawns. The location has simple access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample-lighted parking for 2 cars in the parking area requires a completely displayed parking pass at all times. The HOA does check frequently during the season to protect your right to park there as a guest. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No family pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach and Halyburton Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
