Two enormous decks (one covered), deck furnishings, gas grille, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, beach walkway shower. Well outfitted kitchen plus island. Two master suites with porcelain tile baths, two family rooms, and wet bar with 52 lb. commercial ice maker, double wine cooler. Wood floors, tile, carpet, and ceiling fans throughout. Saturday to Saturday units with a 4 p.m. check-in only.

Those with allergies should note that although family pets are not allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Book your Cape Fear area rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
