Appreciate a Holden Beach vacation at this cheerful oceanfront home! This 5 bedroom (3K, 1Q, 1F, 1T) Hobbs Intelligent Home with an inverted floor plan offers private beach access, a private pool (open from Easter - October), and a hot tub. The screened-in porch and sundeck provide plenty of ocean vistas, sunshine, and breezes. A second living area downstairs and flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms means everybody has plenty of room to relax! There is a cargo lift for guests to use to transport bags and groceries. This lift is not designed to carry people. Please read and follow all posted instructions.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
