Savor a Holden Beach vacation at this cheerful oceanfront home! This 5 bedroom (3K, 1Q, 1F, 1T) Hobbs Intelligent Home with an inverted floor plan offers private beach access, a private pool (open from Easter - October), and a hot tub. The screened-in porch and sundeck provide plenty of ocean vistas, sunshine, and breezes. A second living area downstairs and flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms means everybody has plenty of room to relax! There is a cargo lift for guests to use to transport suitcases and groceries. This lift is not designed to carry people. Please read and follow all posted instructions.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

• Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
