Savor a Holden Beach vacation at this cheerful oceanfront home! This 5 bedroom (3K, 1Q, 1F, 1T) Hobbs Intelligent Home with an inverted floor plan offers private beach access, a private pool (open from Easter - October), and a hot tub. The screened-in porch and sundeck provide plenty of ocean vistas, sunshine, and breezes. A second living area downstairs and flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms means everybody has plenty of room to relax! There is a cargo lift for guests to use to transport bags and groceries. This lift is not designed to carry people. Please read and follow all posted instructions.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. When to book a Cape Fear area rental home & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Book your Cape Fear area vacation in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it.
