Entirely Furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom ranch style home
with central heat and air conditioning, Internet/WIFI during summer months, (2) TV's, DVD player,
VCR, Washer/Dryer, Full kitchen, with Dishwasher and
Microwave, Ceiling fans throughout the home.
Dining area with plenty of cooking and dining items to use (dishes,
glassware, pots & pans, silverware, etc.) There is also an Outdoor Charcoal Grille
The home is located on NE 5th street near Middleton Rd. and is just a few blocks from the beach and the new Swain Cut bridge on a peaceful street just south of the Intracoastal waterway. There is a screened porch sitting area on the south side of the home.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport.

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
