Welcome to our beloved beach condo, Take Me Awave. Coastal, modern, one bedroom condo with two balconies. One enormous balcony off of the living room with ocean vistas, one off of the bedroom facing the canal with striking sunset vistas. Walk across the street to the beach access- about a 1 min. walk. Totally remodeled as of July 2022! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

*Please no smoking (even on balcony), events or family pets.

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Record any damages to the property at check in, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors bothering your life at home. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to stimulate future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
