Cool off in the private pool or relax in the sunshine on the deck. Located on the third row, this gem accepts you to access the beach with a short walk to the close by public access near 1017 OBW, not part of the Point West Community beach access. To access the beach strand please turn right on Coquina Drive to go East out of the driveway. This will lead you to the white fence on your right. This indicates a footpath that will take you to Ocean Blvd. Take a left onto Ocean Blvd and travel East towards 1017 OBW on the sidewalk. The video on this listing will guide you as well. Come and appreciate all that Holden Beach has to offer!

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a modest delivery fee may apply. All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
