Holden Time is your vacation hideaway located directly across the street from the ocean. Well-equipped, continuously refreshed and meticulously maintained beach home. Wood floors throughout. Living room attractively furnished, vaulted ceilings, and enormous flat screen TV. Totally-equipped kitchen, granite countertop with snack bar and dining room seating. Each bedroom equipped with TVs and ceiling fans. Twin rollaway bed included for additional sleeping (sheets not supplied for rollaway). Wireless high speed internet access. Front deck has rocking chairs. Side deck has outdoor dining table. Top deck features chaise lounges and table. Grand H/C enclosed outdoor shower, swing and charcoal grille. Close beach access between 329 & 331 OBW.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no family pets or smoking allowed on this property.
