The Jasmine House is a marvelous classic beach bungalow. Centrally located in Wrightsville Beach, the home is just a short walk from both the famed Johnnie Mercer pier, and the bustling downtown stores and eateries on the island!

The lower level of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The home sleeps 6 people comfortably, and has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need during your stay, and the backyard also has sitting areas for get together and is a terrific place to watch our amazing sunsets.

Just 3 homes down you will find the public sound access that is a ideal put in spot for kayaks or stand up paddle boards. One block in the other direction you will find yourself standing at the beach access!

  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
