Welcome to Jon’s Cottage! This gorgeous 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom duplex was finished in 2024, and the owners have spared no expense making it the ideal luxury vacation spot for you and your family. The home is located on the North end of Carolina Beach, just 3 blocks from the Carolina Beach Pier and the Freeman Park beach entrance, and is just a short drive from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

The master bedroom faces the ocean, and you will wake up to unbeatable vistas of the Atlantic. With a king bed, elegant bespoke bathroom, and access to the oceanfront deck, this is a bedroom people dream about! All three guest bedrooms have a queen bed. Two of the guest bedrooms share access to hallway bathroom, and one of the street facing bedrooms also has a private bathroom as well. All bathrooms in the home have been meticulously crafted, and the stonework in the showers is really something to behold!

The open concept living area features a entirely customized kitchen, complete with high end appliances and striking features throughout. Guests can dine at the sizable dining table or catch a fast snack at the raised island bar as well. No matter what seat you choose, you’ll have a front row view of the ocean! This area also has access to the covered ocean facing deck, which is the ideal place to relax in the shade after a long day of beach fun. The private beach access walkway leads directly to the home and makes getting to and from the beach an absolute breeze. The owners have also supplied a fantastic grilling area next to the beach walkway.
