Fabulous home with palm trees and ocean breezes that await you! Spend your vacation appreciating the unobstructed ocean vistas from most areas of this charming beach home! Home has an elevator and private pool (Heater with surcharge) for guests. Three levels of living space with vaulted ceiling, 4 bedrooms each with a private bath; 3 with TVs and ceiling fans, entirely equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dishes and cookware, and wet bar. In addition to the pool, outdoor amenities include 3 decks, rocking chairs, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and parking for 6 cars. Watch the sunset with a glass of wine on the oceanside decks after a day in the sun. You will want to return again and again to this handsome vacation home that feels like a home!

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature.   • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
