Two of the rooms are equipped with King beds, the other 2 have Queens, with the fourth bedroom having additional twin bunk beds. The home features a charmingly refreshed kitchen with all the amenities you need to accommodate in-home meal prep and cooking. However, if you don't feel like cooking, you're also in luck with the convenience of having multiple local eateries within a 2–5-min. drive.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Caswell Beach and Bay Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
