*Additional Fees
- Dog fee of $200/per stay (1 dog per reservation). Animals are allowed in the outdoor areas, 1st floor, and 2nd floor of the home. We kindly request no family pets on the 3rd floor or in beds. Accessories including dog beds are included in the laundry room closet. Equipment is sanitized between stays.

- Pool heating fee of $150/day. Please let us know which days of your reservation you'd like the heated pool active. This cost reflects the increase in cost of propane to keep the pool heated. Payment must be received before heating is turned on. No additional charge for use of hot tub.

*We are kid-friendly! Utensils, plates, bowls, and cups for kids are available. Wooden high-chair and Pack n Play are included. A step up stool for kids to reach the sink are on each floor.

*Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, power outages, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend using 3rd event trip insurance if there is concern for weather related issues.

*We provide an initial stock of basic supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, K-cups/teabags, soap, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent pods, linens, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. You may need to obtain more for the remainder of your stay.

Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
