Two TV's with basic cable, two DVD players, wireless internet access. Master suite with walk-in closet and private bath, stand alone tile shower with rainmaker shower head and hottub tub. Ceiling fans throughout. Oceanview covered porch with furnishings, dedicated condo community beach walkway across the street with gazebo. Additional condo community amenities include a seasonal pool, hot tub, grilling area and outside shower.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Getting the most from your rental budget:

Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent time? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
