As you step under the arbor, through the white picket-fenced yard, you'll perceive gentle ocean breezes as you alight to the covered front porch and into the comfortable entryway of this reverse floor plan. To the left you'll find a sunny corner suite with two Twins and a full bath (with tub) which also opens onto the hall. Beyond, a light-filled bayed Queen bedroom, with a sliding door, grants access to a waterside covered porch and sun deck. This is the ideal spot for dipping toes or communing with the Island's natural inhabitants. At the end of the hall, the Queen Owner's Suite's two walls of glass doors delight with panoramas of sun shining off the water of the Island's grand marshes. Grab an Adirondack just outside on the semi-covered deck and while away the hours. So attractively located and appreciating proximity to the marina, stores, and eateries-as well as providing a four-passenger cart for guest use and including WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends-Au Beau Marais will assure you un Beau Moment (a good time) on your vacation! (The crofter is not part of the rental unit.) An additional $300 nonrefundable pet fee is required for each guest dog.

Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.

About the Area
Bald Head Island is home to this vacation home. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach Boardwalk are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
