Located near Johnny Mercer's Pier on peaceful street with short walk to beach. Features sizable wrap around porch with rockers ,complete kitchen, dining, and living areas. Home has 3 enormous bedrooms with 2 full baths upstairs and 1 full bath downstairs plus outside shower. Laundry room off kitchen. Roomy covered patio under home in rear with seating available. Fenced back yard. Each bedroom equipped with TV. TV,DVD in Living area and wireless internet! Will comfortably sleep up to 6 (1 king size and 2 queen size beds) - linens not included. • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
